Description
The FA.MAG IM8 10 Speeds HH mixer is the only countertop spiral mixer that allows you to work 5kg of flour + 3 liters of water at the same time in a small size. It has reverse gear, very useful for preparing the biga. Thanks to the new Brushless motor it is even more silent and efficient. It allows you to prepare doughs with high hydrations with extreme ease. It is among the smallest commercially available countertop spiral mixers. It does not require any maintenance.
